THE PERDUE HENSON JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT CENTER
A SPACE BUILT FOR SUCCESS
Located in Salisbury, Maryland, the Perdue Henson Junior Achievement Center is an immersive learning center used for student programming, educational simulations, and available for rentals year-round. Our center is a multi-functional property, built with the intention of our student's success in mind, this one of a kind facility offers a space where both kids and adults can learn and grow.
VOLUNTEER AT FINANCE PARK
Once students enter our immersive JA City Center, Finance Park programming becomes primarily volunteer based. We rely on the support of helping hands in our community to bring JA Finance Park to life. Finance Park volunteers have the opportunity to work directly with students as they navigate through this simulation designed to strengthen financial literacy.
"Volunteers bring essential life experience and wisdom to the JA program. While I may not be an expert in one specific field, I feel I can add value to any program JAES offers. It is rewarding to watch students "become an adult" for the day and see those "light bulb" moments as they learn how their financial choices today affect their future life goals."
