GRADES 4-6

JA Biztown combines in-class learning with a day-long visit to a simulated town. This popular learning experience allows elementary school students to operate banks, manage restaurants, write checks, and vote. Students are able to connect the dots between what they learn in school and the real world.

JA FINANCE PARK

GRADES 7-9

JA Finance Park is Junior Achievement's capstone program for personal financial planning and career exploration. At the culmination of this teacher-led program, students visit JA Finance Park, a realistic on-site or virtual community, to put into practice what they've learned by developing and committing to a personal budget.

JA INSPIRE

GRADE 8

JA Inspire is one of the largest, immersive career fairs along the Eastern Shore. This event brings together the business community and local schools and is designed to help launch middle school students into their future. The program consists of three segments and is a powerful way to learn about real-world career opportunities and their local economy.

JA Leadership Academy is a transformative, one-day networking experience where students engage in hands-on learning opportunities, hear from inspiring local professional speakers, and build essential skills that will prepare them for life beyond high school.

JA TAKE STOCK IN YOUR FUTURE 

GRADES 9-12

Through JA Take Stock in Your Future, students discover the benefits and challenges of investing in the stock market as a part of a broader, long-term investment strategy and the risks and rewards of trading. This program includes an optional online r sit-based JA Stock Market Challenge competition.

JA AG DAY 

GRADES 4-5

Junior Achievement’s Agriculture Day is designed to educate students on the value of the agriculture industry by educating students on career opportunities early on to change industry perceptions. After participating in Junior Achievement's Our Region program in the classroom, students discover a variety of opportunities in the agriculture industry through hands-on learning activities at Ag Day!
