JA INSPIRE

JA Inspire brings together local businesses and aspiring students to ignite an early spark for their future careers. At this event, students dive into immersive, hands-on activities, gaining practical experience with industry tools and equipment while engaging directly with influential business leaders from the Eastern Shore. We pair in-classroom curriculum with hands-on learning experiences designed to teach students how to become financially independent, develop an entrepreneurial mindset, and gain knowledge of the options and resources available for entering the workforce.

JA Inspire is one of the largetst career fairs along the Eastern Shore, bringing together business partners to engage with over 4,000+ local students in this one of a kind networking experience. Junior Achievement of the Eastern Shore is proud to partner with businesses across 10+ career clusters to bring JA Inspire to life. Partners of Inspire are encouraged to bring interactive displays for over 4,000+ local students to engage and explore potential career paths with.
