JA INSPIRE

JA Inspire brings together local businesses and aspiring students to ignite an early spark for their future careers. At this event, students dive into immersive, hands-on activities, gaining practical experience with industry tools and equipment while engaging directly with influential business leaders from the Eastern Shore. We pair in-classroom curriculum with hands-on learning experiences designed to teach students how to become financially independent, develop an entrepreneurial mindset, and gain knowledge of the options and resources available for entering the workforce.

Invest in the future workforce by sponsoring JA Inspire, an immersive career exploration experience designed to connect the next generation of talent with real-world opportunities. Through interactive career exhibits, hands-on activities, and meaningful conversations with local employers and industry professionals, more than 4,000 eighth-grade students discover career pathways, explore industries, and learn about the skills and education needed to succeed. Junior Achievement of the Eastern Shore pairs in-classroom curriculums with hands-on learning experiences designed to teach students how to achieve financial independence, develop an entrepreneurial mindset, and become knowledgeable of their options and resources for entering the workforce.
